Do you have questions about your finances during the middle of the month, and can’t wait until your “monthly close?” You won’t have to worry with me. I stay up to date with your books each week and will email every 2 weeks with questions or updates on your books, unless requested for a weekly updates or reports.

EXPENSE/REVENUE TRACKING

It can be frustrating when you need to make a purchase decision and are unsure if your business can sustain it. Having accurate expense and revenue tracking that is updated weekly will give you at a glance how much you are spending or receiving. Do you have project based services? How fast can I expect a reply back with answers to our questions?

I will always reply within the business day I received your email to confirm your request and give a time frame for your answer. Most requests can be answered within 1 business day.

Do you have one time projects even if I don’t want to sign up monthly?

Yes, I often do one time projects including clean up, ready for sale financials, end of year tax, 1099 Services and more

What do I need to get started?

Lets schedule a call and talk about your needs. Once everything is in place and you choose to have me on your team, I will send you a contract and some papers to sign.

Do you understand GAPP Standards?

Yes, I always will use GAPP standards when required. I am flexible with those companies who are not required to use GAPP standard.

How much will this cost?

I base my prices on how big your business is and what services you may need. This usually will determine how many hours are required to accurately reconcile your books.

What is your industry specialty?

I do not have an industry specialty. I have worked with over 40 + different companies including: Construction, Event specialists, Mental Health Therapy, Farming, Food Truck, Restaurant, Home Designers, Bathroom Installers, Non-profit Artist groups and more.

Do you have contract?

Yes, but this is a month to month contract with only a 30 day notice. If this ends up not working for you, I don’t want you to suffer through something you don’t need. I always strive for mutual benefits.

What if I don’t have an accounting software?

I can help you get a 30% discount rate through QuickBooks. Usually this is starts at about $25/month.
